Clear billing, no surprises.
Rommy Games uses Stripe for every transaction. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for both plans.
Plan overview
- $20 USD Monthly Explorer: renews every 30 days until canceled.
- $150 USD Annual Trailblazer: covers 12 consecutive months and offers a $90 USD savings over monthly billing.
- All prices shown on the site and checkout are in USD.
Access & fulfillment
- Rommy Games is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped.
- Access starts after Stripe confirms payment (or trial activation).
- If billing succeeds but access does not update, email support@rommygames.com with your Stripe receipt ID.
Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (linked in Settings → Plan & Billing).
- Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual cancellations stop future renewals; access continues until the stated renewal date.
Refund eligibility
- We honor full refunds within 7 days of a first annual charge if no more than 3 quiz sessions were completed.
- Monthly charges are typically non-refundable, but we’ll prorate for duplicate charges or documented technical outages.
- If a trial is offered, no charge is collected until trial end and the plan auto-renews unless canceled before the trial expires.
How to request help
- Open the Stripe portal from Settings → Plan & Billing to manage payment methods instantly.
- Email support@rommygames.com with your Stripe receipt ID for escalations—we respond within two business days.
- For disputes filed through your card issuer, please include screenshots of the sessions you experienced.
