We keep things flexible. This page explains what we expect from caregivers and how we keep Rommy Games safe.
Acceptance
- By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy & Refund policies.
- Caregivers must be 18+ and are responsible for supervising learners using Rommy Games.
Use of Rommy Games
- ROM uploads are scanned only to verify compatibility. You must own the original cartridges for the ROMs you use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or publicly host the Rommy Games experience.
Subscriptions & billing
- Stripe processes every payment. Pricing is listed in USD and renews automatically unless canceled.
- Subscription details, fulfillment terms, and cancellation/refund policies are outlined on Pricing, Billing Disclosures, and Refund Policy pages.
- We reserve the right to revoke access for fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or abusive usage.
Content & updates
- Curriculum assets and question banks evolve frequently; we may ship updates without prior notice.
- Beta features or experimental ROM integrations may be rate-limited to protect platform stability.
